7 Noah went into the ark with his sons, his wife, and the wives of his sons to escape from the waters of the flood. 8 The clean animals and the unclean animals, the birds, and the creatures that creep on the ground[a] 9 entered the ark two by two, male and female, along with Noah, just as the Lord had commanded.
